return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at parker@foisonltd.com. Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address: Unit K-21, 1/F, Triumph Centre II, 20 Man Lok Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon City, Kowloon, Hong Kong
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom goods (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
